Who we are
This website and the Everyday.AI guides are provided by Gustavo Toledo Salles, trading as Europe.AI.News, a sole trader based in Ireland.
- Email: [email protected]
- Postal address: available on request by email
- VAT: online sales are made through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, which charges and pays VAT on each sale.
Terms of sale
1. Who sells to you
Our digital products are sold through Lemon Squeezy (Link, LLC, formerly Lemon Squeezy LLC, a Stripe company), which acts as our online reseller and merchant of record. When you buy, your payment contract is with Lemon Squeezy, and its buyer terms apply to the payment. These terms explain what you get from us and how you may use it.
2. What you buy
Everyday.AI is a digital guide in PDF format. The optional Prompt Library is a PDF plus a spreadsheet. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. After payment you receive a download link by email straight away.
3. Your licence
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to read, download, print and keep the files for your own use. You may not resell, share publicly, upload or republish them, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
4. Educational content
The guides are educational. They are not legal, financial, medical, tax or security advice. Facts were checked against the sources listed in each chapter on the date shown in the guide. AI tools, prices and rules change, so always check the official source before you rely on something important. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the guides. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
5. Right of withdrawal for digital content
Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content supplied straight away, that right ends once the download starts, if you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal at checkout. Our own money-back guarantee below applies on top of this.
6. Problems with a file
If a file doesn't open, is incomplete or isn't what we described, email us and we will fix it, replace it or refund you, in line with your rights under EU law on digital content.
7. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Irish law. Your payment contract with Lemon Squeezy follows its own buyer terms. Wherever you live in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country. Please contact us first so we can solve any problem. You can also get free help from the European Consumer Centre network.
Refund policy: 7-day money-back guarantee
If a guide isn't useful to you, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with your order email or order number. We'll refund the full price to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. You don't need to give a reason. Refunds usually reach your account within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
This guarantee is voluntary and adds to your legal rights; it doesn't replace them.
